Need to Make a Change to Your Order?

Once your Mindset order has been placed and the payment confirmed, it is automatically transferred to our warehouse management system. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes to flavors, quantities, or product sizes after the order is submitted.

In most cases, only a full cancellation or an update to the billing/shipping address is possible—and only if the order hasn’t entered the packing or shipping process yet.

If you’d like to cancel your order or update your address, please use the correct reason in our 👉 contact form so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

⚠️ If your order is already being packed or shipped, no changes can be made - including cancellations or address updates.

If you no longer want the order, simply refuse delivery when it arrives. The package will automatically be returned to us, and you’ll receive a refund via your original payment method once it’s back in our system.
