Please note, we can only delete your account once the following conditions are met:

• All outstanding payments have been settled
• All eligible refunds have been processed
• None of your orders are currently in transit

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, your account cannot be deleted immediately.

In that case, we kindly ask you to resolve any open matters first. For refunds or orders in transit, we appreciate your patience until those are fully completed.
