Didn’t Get Your Confirmation Email?

No worries - here’s what to check first:

  • Look in your spam or junk folder. Sometimes our emails end up there by mistake.
  • Double-check your order status and cart in your Mindset account.
  • If you paid with PayPal Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the confirmation may have been sent to the email linked to that payment method.

Another common issue is a typo in the email address. Even a small error can prevent the confirmation from reaching you.

Reach out to our support team. Please include your order number so we can resend your confirmation or explain what happened.

Don’t have the order number? No problem - just send us:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used during checkout
  • And if possible, the PayPal transaction ID or invoice number
