Can’t Find Your Order in Your Account?

No stress - this usually happens when your order was placed using a different email address than your main one.

If you used PayPal Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the order is automatically linked to the email address connected to that payment method - not necessarily the one you normally use for your Mindset account.

That means your order might be sitting under a separate account, based on the email from your payment provider.
