Return Process

  1. Contact our support team here to start the return process.
  2. Fill out the Customer Declaration form.
  3. Clearly mark the package as a “Return” to avoid customs charges.
  4. Include a completed return form inside the package.
  5. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact our support team. We’ll review your case and refund the return shipping cost if applicable.

  • Worn or washed items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items must be in original condition, including tags and packaging.
  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing may take up to 14 business days after your return arrives.
