1. Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Socks, underwear, and custom-made products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item and place a new order.
  • Please fill out the customer declaration form.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at here within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Use a trackable shipping method - we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Processing time: up to 14 days after arrival.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

5. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to our support within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and replace or refund the order.
