I Want to File a Shipping Complaint

We’ve got you. If something went wrong with your shipment - wrong item, damaged product, or missing package - here’s what to do:

1. Take a photo of the package and items as they arrived.

2. Fill out the Customer Declaration Form 👉 Download here

3. Email everything to returns@mindset.st Include your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

We'll review your case and respond quickly. If it was our fault - we'll fix it. Simple as that.
