Something Missing from Your Delivery?

If any item is missing from your order, please contact returns@mindset.st and include the following:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the opened package, showing the incorrect or missing item
3. A short message describing the issue

This helps us understand what went wrong with your shipment and improve our overall shipping process.

Don’t forget to attach the completed Customer Declaration (PDF) to your request.
