Where is my order?

Here’s What Happens After You Place Your Order with Mindset:
Once you complete your payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us right away. If you paid via bank transfer or delayed payment methods, please note that the payment may take a few days to process. Shipping times may be slightly delayed in these cases.
Your order is then sent directly to our fulfillment center. We double-check the shipping details to make sure everything is correct. If there’s anything unusual - like a missing house number or an incomplete address - our team will reach out to you to get it fixed right away.
Next, our team carefully picks and packs your items.
As soon as the shipping label is created, your order status will be marked as “ready for pickup” and you’ll find your tracking link in your customer account. Also we'll send you an e-mail with your tracking number. Once your package is picked up by our shipping partner, it’s on its way to you!
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with an estimated delivery date as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
You can always track your order status through your tracking link or Mindset account. If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
Still no luck? If the tracking hasn’t updated for 5 days, get in touch with our Mindset Support Team. We’ll contact the shipping carrier for you and help locate your package. (Shipping carriers usually don’t accept investigations before the 5-day mark.)
In most cases, delays are temporary and the package starts moving again soon after. Nearly all parcels arrive safely-so a little patience can go a long way.
