My shipment is damaged on the outside.
Sometimes, a package might get damaged while being handled by the shipping carrier. In most cases, it’s only the outer packaging that’s affected - the products inside usually remain safe.
If this happens, your order won’t be returned to us. Instead, the carrier will repackage it and deliver it to you with a slight delay.
If your package arrives damaged, feel free to send us a photo of it along with your order number. This helps us document the issue and provide examples to our shipping partners if needed.
