1. Transparency First

We believe in trust, honesty, and being real with our customers. If something's not right, we’ll do our best to fix it-fairly and fast.

2. Standard Return Window (14 Days)

You have the right to return any unopened, unused supplement products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Here’s how it works:

  • Products must be in original, sealed condition.
  • You cover the return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within standard processing times (typically 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider).

3. 30-Day “Try It” Guarantee

We stand by the power of our supplements. If you take the product daily for 30 days and feel no benefit whatsoever, we’ll give you your money back.

Here’s what we need:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Confirmation that you used the product consistently for 30 days
  • A completed Customer Complaint Form

No hoops. Just honesty.

4. Shipping Issues? We've Got You.

If your order was:

  • Lost in transit: We'll send a replacement at no cost.
  • Arrived damaged inside the box: We’ll resend what was damaged, no questions asked.

Note: Outer box damage is common and not considered grounds for replacement unless the product inside is affected.

5. Fairness Clause

We reserve the right to evaluate every return or refund request individually. That said-we’re committed to fairness. We’re not here to fight you, we’re here to help.

We only ask that you treat us with the same respect. Abuse of the return policy (e.g., repeated refunds without valid reason) may lead to denial of future refund requests.

6. Return Conditions

  • All returns must be shipped to the address above.
  • A completed Customer Complaint Form must be included in your email or return request.
  • We are not responsible for return packages lost in the mail. Use a trackable shipping method.

7. Exceptions & Notes

  • We cannot accept returns of opened or used products (unless under the Try It Guarantee).
  • Returns without prior notice may be rejected.

8. How to Start a Return or Refund

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and the completed complaint form (PDF).
  3. Ship the products back to us.
  4. Sit tight-we’ll notify you when your refund has been processed.
