1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our websites, services, products, or studio offerings (collectively, “Mindset”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

All legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Where local consumer protection law applies (e.g. in the EU), certain provisions may be superseded by those local regulations.

3. Scope of Services

Mindset provides:

  • Physical goods (supplements, clothing)
  • Digital goods (e-books, courses, templates)
  • Creative services (film production, editing, content creation)
  • Studio services (in-person & remote)
  • Subscriptions and memberships

4. Age Restriction

All Mindset supplements are intended for adults aged 18 and above. They are not suitable for children or adolescents. Always consult your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

Our digital content is generally youth-safe and may be accessed from age 16+, unless otherwise specified. Purchase and account access should be made by or with the consent of a legal adult.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in gross (tax-inclusive) terms unless otherwise stated.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shop Pay
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDeal
  • PayPal

Cash or cryptocurrency payments are only accepted for Mindset Studio services and must be pre-approved through individual agreements.

All customs duties, import taxes, or fees related to international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery

Physical Products:

Mindset supplements and clothing are shipped to selected countries. Delivery times are as follows:

  • USA (Regular): 1–4 business days
  • USA (Express): 1–3 business days
  • Canada / EU / Asia-Pacific: 2–5 business days

Supplements are shipped only to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Indonesia, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United States, and Vietnam.

Exceptions: The following products are only available for shipping within the USA: Advanced 100% Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate & Vanilla), Hydration Powder (Lemonade, Lychee, Peach Mango), Plant Protein (Chocolate & Vanilla).

While all our supplements are legally compliant in the listed countries, we do not handle customs clearance outside the USA. Customers outside the USA order at their own risk and are responsible for any applicable import duties or restrictions.

Digital Products

Digital content (e-books, courses, downloads) is delivered instantly via email after purchase. It is also made available in the automatically created customer account linked to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery Delays

All shipping time estimates are in business days. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, holidays, or other external factors outside our control.

7. Licensing & Use

All digital products sold by Mindset (e.g. e-books, courses, templates) are for private, personal use only. They are licensed to the individual purchaser and are non-transferable.

You may not:

  • Resell, repackage, or redistribute any part of our digital content
  • Upload our products to file-sharing platforms or public websites
  • Use our materials for commercial or client projects without written permission

Violations of this license may result in legal action and permanent loss of access to our services.

8. Studio Work & Client Content

Mindset reserves the right to use any creative work we produce - including photos, videos, concepts, and campaign materials - for internal portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

If you wish to opt out and keep your project private, we offer a paid content release option. Please email pr@mindset.st to request removal of your content or negotiate exclusive rights.

9. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We offer:

  • A 30-day satisfaction guarantee on digital products (courses & e-books)
  • Full refunds for unsatisfactory creative work (upon justified request)
  • 14-day return period for unopened supplements (customer must cover return shipping)

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after approval and are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests made immediately after purchase without clear reason. Please read our refund terms carefully before submitting a request.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our products or services. All purchases are made at your own risk.

  • Results from supplements may vary from person to person and are not FDA-approved
  • Our courses and consulting services are not a substitute for medical or professional advice
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or require manual review

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party services (e.g. Stripe, Shopify, shipping carriers)
  • Loss or damage due to misuse of our products or failure to follow instructions
  • Any indirect or incidental damages, including lost profits or data

11. Use of AI and Automation

Mindset integrates artificial intelligence (AI) into various creative and operational workflows, including content creation, editing, automation, and marketing.

While we use advanced AI tools to accelerate quality and delivery, AI results are inherently variable. Users should always review and test content before public release or commercial use.

We are not responsible for AI-generated inaccuracies, errors, or unintended effects resulting from automated tools. AI tools are used to support - not replace - human judgment and review.

12. Communication & Customer Support

For product-related support (supplements, digital downloads, subscriptions), we use email:

For Mindset Studio projects, we communicate via WhatsApp, Notion, or other mutually agreed tools.

Customers may receive automated notifications, system messages, or newsletters as part of our service. You can opt out anytime by clicking “unsubscribe” in the footer of any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

13. Account & Access

When you place an order through our website, a customer account is automatically created using the email address provided at checkout. Access to this account is granted via a Magic Link, which is sent to your email.

Your account allows you to view:

  • Order history
  • Digital downloads
  • Active subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and access to your email. Mindset is not liable for any unauthorized access caused by negligence in account security.

14. Prohibited Behavior

By using our services, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threats toward staff or other customers
  • Bot usage, data scraping, or automated access to our systems
  • Plagiarism, duplication, or theft of content
  • Any illegal or unethical activities while using Mindset services

Violations of these rules may result in account termination, legal action, or permanent blocking from our platforms.

15. Resale & Wholesale

Physical products purchased from Mindset may be resold or redistributed, provided they were bought directly from us and not altered in any way.

Digital products may not be resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without a written license agreement.

If you’re interested in wholesale, resale, or commercial partnerships, please contact us directly.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Severability

If any section or provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered severable. The remaining Terms will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
