So what’s the deal?

“FDA approved”

means a product has gone through an official FDA review process - typically reserved for prescription drugs and medical devices. It’s a long, expensive, and highly regulated pathway that does not apply to supplements.

“FDA compliant”

on the other hand, means that a product follows all FDA regulations around labeling, manufacturing, and safety. And that’s exactly what we do.

Our products are made in FDA-registered facilities that follow all relevant guidelines-but supplements don’t need pre-market approval. They just need to be made safely, truthfully labeled, and responsibly sold. That’s where we don’t compromise.

And the manufacturers?

Mindset works only with trusted partners. While the FDA doesn’t “approve” facilities, they do inspect them to ensure compliance. All our manufacturers are GMP certified, operate under FDA regulations, and can provide the relevant documentation on request.
